Dawn and Paulette – Front Office Both Dawn and Paulette are moms with kids of their own, and they understand just how demanding schedules can be. Paulette's job is to make sure your appointments are running on time and Dawn is our financial coordinator helping you at the front desk. They have worked with Dr. Nolan for many years and have made sure that our practice has grown by always keeping patients first. Dawn is always busy with her husband and three kids. She also is quite the interior decorator; take a look around the office. She has done most of the decorating. Paulette and her husband have two boys who keep them hopping from sporting activities to school obligations. Paulette's son has painted a great deal of the art in the office.

Lori and Marisa – Patient Coordinators At your first appointment you will meet either Lori or Marisa. They are our patient coordinators. It is their job to make sure that your first appointment runs smoothly. They will call you the night before your appointment and make sure all of your questions get answered. Both Lori and Marisa have worked in orthodontics for over 20 years. When not in the office, Lori is riding her Harley or golfing. As a single mom, Marisa can be found at one of her kids' activities or visiting with her own mother and father down the street.

Our Assistants Our chairside assistants take great pride in making sure your smile is our first priority. Sheri, Renee, Michelle, Lisa, Jen, and Angela are all excellent assistants who will help make your experience with us fun and comfortable.

Front Desk Team Our front desk team can't be beat. Hope, Amber and Nancy are our appointment coordinators. When you walk into the office, Hope is usually the first person you see. She will show you how to sign in on the reception room computer and offer you a cup of coffee! Nancy is in charge of billing your insurance company. Amber will send you an email message or a text message to make sure we get to see you.

Angie and Mickey Angie and Mickey are sisters with kids of their own. Angie runs our in-house lab and is responsible for making sure that your retainers fit great. Mickey works as a chairside assistant and when she is not at the office, she can be found exercising or pitching in at her dad's local restaurant.
